Argus FMB Africa Fertilizer 2015
A highly successful Argus FMB Africa Fertilizer 2015 conference was held on 18-20 February in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Over 350 delegates from 55 countries attended. This year marked the highest ever number of delegates from Africa, - including 10 delegates from Ghana, 20 from Ethiopia and 25 from Kenya.
Khalid Bomba, the CEO at the Ethiopian Agriculture Transformation Agency (ATA), in this video discusses the need to transform the agriculture sector in Africa, the broad challenges and opportunities to be considered including the world population and food demand and the percentage of Africa's permanent crop land that is arable.
