Alan Armstrong
, President and Chief Executive Officer, Williams 

Alan Armstrong became president and chief executive officer of Williams in January 2011. During his tenure, Williams has expanded its reach, currently touching about 30 percent of all U.S. natural gas volumes, through gathering, processing, transportation and storage services. Armstrong also serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for Williams Partners L.P., the master limited partnership that owns most of Williams’ gas pipeline and domestic midstream assets. Prior to being named CEO, Armstrong led the Company’s North American midstream and olefins businesses through a period of growth and expansion as Senior Vice President – Midstream.

Previously, Mr. Armstrong served as Vice President of Gathering and Processing from 1999 to 2002; Vice President of Commercial Development from 1998 to 1999; Vice President of Retail Energy Services from 1997 to 1998 and Director of Commercial Operations for the company’s midstream business in the Gulf Coast region from 1995 to 1997. He joined Williams in 1986 as an engineer.

Steven M. Woodward, Senior Vice President – Business Development – Antero Resources Mr. Woodward is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Antero Resources and has been with Antero since its inception in August 2002. Prior to Antero, from 1993 to 2002, Mr. Woodward served in various business development roles in the US and Canada for Dynegy Inc. and its predecessor companies, Natural Gas Clearinghouse and NGC Corp. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Woodward served as Manager of Business Development for Reliance Pipeline, a division of Nicor Inc. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Woodward served as a Project Development Representative for Western Gas Resources. From 1981 to 1988, Mr. Woodward served in various engineering roles with ARCO Oil & Gas Company, a division of Atlantic Richfield. Mr. Woodward holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder.

As Director of Marketing for Tenaska Gas de Mexíco, an affiliate of Tenaska Marketing Ventures (TMV), Geoff Street manages all business development and origination activities for natural gas marketing into and within Mexico. Prior to joining Tenaska, Street was involved in various trading and marketing roles for Hunt Oil Company, Hunt Electric Power Marketing and Iberdrola Renewables. He has more than 13 years of experience in the natural gas industry including eight in Mexico energy. Street is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Mathematics and Economics.

, President and CEO, NGSA

Dena E. Wiggins is President and CEO of the Natural Gas Supply Association (NGSA), representing major integrated and independent natural gas producers in the U.S. She joined NGSA in 2014. As President of NGSA, Wiggins leads the association’s efforts to encourage the supply and use of natural gas. She promotes the benefits of competitive markets to ensure reliable and efficient supply, transportation and delivery of natural gas. Following NGSA’s merger with the Center for LNG (CLNG), she also steers CLNG. In 2015, Wiggins was invited to represent NGSA on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Energy and Environmental Markets Advisory Committee, which advises the CFTC on preserving market integrity and competition in energy futures markets, among other issues. 

Previous to NGSA, she was a partner at the firm of Ballard Spahr and served as General Counsel to the Process Gas Consumers Group, a trade association of industrial natural gas consumers. Wiggins has over 25 years of experience representing energy clients, with a focus on federal regulatory matters including natural gas transportation and storage. She has been regularly recognized by her peers as among the top energy lawyers in Washington, D.C. and in the United States, by Chambers, The Best Lawyers in America and SuperLawyers. 
Charlie Riedle

, Vice President, NGSA and Executive Director, Center for LNG 

Charlie Riedl is the Executive Director for the Center for Liquefied Natural Gas (CLNG), focused on effectively advocating on behalf of the LNG industry. As Executive Director, Riedl works with CLNG member companies, regulators, legislators and other key stakeholders to provide credible and educational information about the economic and environmental benefits of LNG. Prior to joining CLNG, Charlie worked at America’s Natural Gas Alliance (ANGA) and at a major exploration and production company in various roles focused on natural gas market development and government relations. Charlie’s experience in the natural gas industry includes regulatory, upstream production, downstream and pipeline development projects, as well as natural gas as a transportation fuel. Charlie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University and lives with his wife and three daughters in Ohio.

Trevor Sikorski is the Head of Natural Gas and Carbon Research at Energy Aspects. Trevor has been analysing European energy and environmental markets for more than 15 years, having held senior analytical research roles with Barclays Capital, Point Carbon, Global Insight and PwC. He has an in-depth understanding of the global markets for generation fuels and carbon, including their fundamentals, trading behaviours, and complex interactions. In 2010, he was named the top carbon market analyst by Environmental Finance magazine and was in Commodity Magazine’s commodities research team of the year in 2011. Trevor is frequently featured in leading media outlets, including the Financial Times, BBC News, Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC, Wall Street Journal, and Sky News.

Mr. Hong is the Director of Research, Power and Gas at Morningstar. Prior to joining Morningstar in 2017, he held several roles in consulting, trading and analytics at Cargill. His most relevant experience includes coal trading, power analytics, power and gas corporate strategy, and trading technology. Mr. Hong has more than 10 years of experience in the energy industry. Hong holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from Marquette University and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Nina Fahy is the Head of North American Natural Gas at Energy Aspects. Her work at Energy Aspects centres on enhancing the fundamentals analysis of the U.S., Canadian and Mexican markets. Prior to joining Energy Aspects, Nina worked as a Senior Director and Head of Research Operations at PIRA Energy Group. Previously, she worked in the institutional investment management practice at Greenwich Associates in Greenwich, CT. Nina is a summa cum laude graduate from Tufts University with a B.A. degree in political science and Russian and East European studies. She also holds a M.S. in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Matthew Hoza is a Senior Energy Analyst for BTU Analytics, LLC, focused on the US natural gas market. In this role, he oversees much of BTU Analytics’ natural gas supply and demand outlook, as well as leading the publication of the Henry Hub Outlook and Long-Term Gas Outlook. Prior to joining BTU Analytics, he was managing international development projects in Sierra Leone, West Africa with the United States Peace Corps. He holds a M.S. in Finance from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and B.S. in Physics from Florida State University.

John Baguley joined LNG Limited (LNGL) in 2014 as the Magnolia LNG (MLNG) LLC Chief Operating Officer based in Houston, Texas. In November 2015 he was named as Chief Technical Officer for LNGL in addition to his ongoing role as MLNG COO; and in June 2017 he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for LNGL. Mr Baguley brings over 30 years of experience in the successful delivery of front-end engineering and design and EPC services for major LNG plants and projects worldwide, including serving as a Project Director, Project Manager and Engineering Manager for some of the world’s most challenging facility locations. Prior to joining LNGL he was employed by KBR, where in addition to his project roles he held the positions of Vice President – LNG Development and Vice President - Project Management for Gas Monetization. He provides LNGL with a proven record of bringing innovative projects and concepts into operation. Mr Baguley holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas..

Kirk Kinnear’s extensive career in the energy industry includes a successful track record buying and selling physical and derivative commodities at leading trading houses and banks including Phibro, Sempra, Hetco and JP Morgan. Most recently he served as Vice President, Commodity Research and Hedging at Continental Resources, Inc. Mr. Kinnear is also the founder of GPD Systems, an intellectual property and consulting company committed to developing innovative futures contracts for commodities, such as LNG, which load on large ocean-going vessels. The patented GPD systems and methods enable the creation of global futures benchmarks, designed to meet the diverse needs of commercials and non-commercial market participants from around the world. Kirk earned his MBA from Rockhurst University and his BA in Economics and Business Administration from Wartburg College, where he serves on the Board of Regents and chairs the Investment Subcommittee.

Tania Rabasa Kovacs has a degree in Economics, Politics and Philosphy from York University. She pursued studies in economics at the American University of Paris and of social and political sciences at the Institut des Sciences & Techniques Humaines in Paris. She has worked in the public sector in Mexico and abroad (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Commission for Human Rights in Mexico, Federal Institute of Access to Public Information, National Foundation for Educational Research), as well as in the private sector (Foundation “Este Pais”). She was consulting partner at Solana Consultores, Chief of Staff of an Independent Board Member of PEMEX, and advisor to PEMEX Chief Financial Officer. After leaving PEMEX, she moved to Mexico´s Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) where she was Head of New Business Structures. Current, she is Head of Deal Structuring at CFEnergia, which is CFE´s marketing and trading entity. She is member of the board of the Javier Barros Sierra Foundation, the Centro Tepoztlán Víctor Urquídi and associate of the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations. Tania has published articles in specialized media as well as in national newspapers, among them, The New Regionalism and Globalization: Exclusive or Complimentary Phenomena, A Better Life…in Mexico, Mexican Oil Booms: fugitive events, and The Thousand and One Strategies. She is fluent in several languages that include Spanish, English, French and German.

Tim Sherwood was named vice president, Gas Supply Operations for Southern Company Gas (formerly AGL Resources) in December 2011. He is responsible for interstate capacity planning, gas supply acquisition, gas control operations and forecasting as well as customer transportation program management for Southern Company Gas' utilities: Atlanta Gas Light, Chattanooga Gas, Elizabethtown Gas, Elkton Gas, Florida City Gas, Nicor Gas and Virginia Natural Gas. With 4.5 million utility customers, Southern Company Gas is the largest natural gas-only distribution company in the United States by customer count. Sherwood joined Southern Company Gas in 2005 as managing director, Gas Supply and Capacity Planning. In that position he oversaw all aspects of capacity management for the company's retail natural gas customers in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, Tennessee and Virginia.

With more than 25 years of experience in the utility industry, Sherwood was director, Energy Acquisition for Washington Gas Light Company prior to joining Southern Company Gas. He has also held various management positions with Ameren Illinois Power, including administrator of Federal Regulatory Matters, supervisor of Gas Supply and manager of Electric Arrangements.

Sherwood represents Southern Company Gas as a Wholesale Gas Quadrant Board Member to the North American Energy Standards Board and as a member of the Gas Supply Marketing Committee of the Southern Gas Association. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Illinois State University and continued professional development at Columbia Southern University. He and his wife and two children live in Georgia.

Steve Weber, Vice President, Petrochemical Consulting, Argus. Steve Weber is Vice President of Petrochemical Consulting for Argus. Steve began his career with Fina in 1979 as a Process Engineer and had various other assignments in the 1980s in the Economics and Planning and Marine Transportation Groups for Fina in Dallas. In 1989, he moved to the Port Arthur refinery and later became Operations Manager at the site. Steve was named Plant Manager of the Fina/GE Joint Venture Styrene Plant (Cosmar) in 1995 and Refinery Manager at the Big Spring Texas refinery in 1998. In 2000, he returned to Louisiana to manage both the Styrene JV and the Total Petrochemicals Polystyrene Operation. Steve was named Senior Manager of Aromatics for Total in 2005, relocating to Houston.

Steve joined DeWitt & Company Inc. in 2011 after spending two years with Solomon Associates in the refining and petrochemical consulting area. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. Steve is responsible for single client studies for refining and petrochemicals in the Americas.

David Givens is head of gas and power services for north america, for argus media, a london-based company that is a leading provider of pricing information, business intelligence and market data on the global coal, electricity, oil, gas, emissions and transportation industries. David currently works with a group of argus executives to encourage the industry to index to the prices in natural gas americas. He also keeps our power indexes and editorial coverage of the gas industry in north america on track.

He joined argus in june of this 2009 after spending three and a half years at hart energy publishing as group publisher for newsletters. He has also been vice president of market information at io energy, now snl energy. David was senior electricity correspondent at the wire service bridgenews. For most of the 1990s, he worked at gas daily and megawatt daily, becoming managing editor for price surveys. He has written a book about hedging in natural gas markets and edited a book on biofuels, is a frequent speaker on energy topics.
