Rosanety developed herself in the Mexican financial sector, working for 15 years as a stock analyst. By the year 2000 she joined the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), as head of the Hydrocarbon Transport Department, position from where she was able to coordinate the permits issue for most of the actual Mexico´s fuel pipeline operators, as well as responsible for the regulation of the Pemex permits.

Between April 2013 and May 2014, she took charge of the Generation, Transmission and Conduction Department at the Electricity Undersecretary from where she coordinated the planning of the Generation and Transmission Infrastructure in charge of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE).

At the present moment, she is Head of the Industrial Transformation Politics Unit at the Hydrocarbon Undersecretary, position from where she is responsible of making the public policy applicable to the supply and transportation logistics, storage and distribution of oil products and natural gas.

Rosanety actively collaborated in the development of the Energy Sector´s legal framework, approved by the Congress in August 2014 and coordinated the development of the corresponding responsibility area of the secondary regulation of the Hydrocarbon Law. She is also Counselor of the state productive company, Pemex Exploration and Production, alternate Counselor at the CENAGAS and alternate Counselor of the company PMI International Commerce.

Guillermo Turrent
Guillermo Turrent, CEO, CFE Internacional and CFEnergia

Guillermo Turrent holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM). He began his career in the public sector. First, at PMI Comercio Internacional; he then worked in Pemex Gas where he was in charge of natural gas derivatives trading.

Nonetheless, Mr. Turrent has spent most of his career in the private sector, as trader of natural gas and power markets. He has been Senior VP and Managing Director in several firms in the United States like Shell, Sempra Energy, Constellation and Electricité de France Trading.

His last position was as Director of Modernization at CFE where he oversaw the development of 16 natural gas pipelines, which account for investments of more than 23 billion USD. Currently, Mr. Turrent serves as CEO of the two marketing and trading arms of CFE: CFE International and CFEnergía.
Lynda Clemmons

Lynda Clemmons is a Vice President in NRG Energy’s Business Solutions group. As the leader of the Sustainability and Products team, she manages product development, implementation and sustainability professionals. Their goal is to create a cleaner energy future through technology, renewables and efficiency, both within the organization and with clients. She has been at NRG since 2012, incorporating all of the commercial products and services that enable Fortune 250 companies to achieve their sustainability goals.

Lynda started her career as an analyst in an investment bank. She then spent eight years at Enron where she started the weather derivatives business as well as the SO2 and NOx emissions trading desk. In 2000, Lynda co-founded and was COO of XL Weather and Energy (a division of XL Capital Ltd), a trading and insurance company based in Connecticut. She also co-founded and was the former President of the Weather Risk Management Association.

Lynda holds BA degrees in History and French from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Finance from Tulane University.
Santiago Garcia
Santiago Garcia, CEO, Santa Fe Gas

Mr. Garcia’s previous experience includes: a) FX trader at Bank of Nova Scotia; b) Gas & Power Structuring at Enron & UBS; c) Director of Commodities Trading at Tyson Foods; d) Global Risk Manager at Grupo Vitro, e) Managing Director LATAM Commodities Trading at Citibank, and f) Managing Director LATAM Commodities Trading at Macquarie. At Enron, Mr. Garcia worked in the Structuring Desk, creating innovative hedging strategies for gas and power companies. In addition, Mr. Garcia worked in the development of several gas and power projects in Colombia, Guatemala, Panama, and Puerto Rico. After Enron, Mr. Garcia was named Director of Commodities Trading for Tyson Foods. Mr. Garcia and his team participated in several energy projects, including corn-based ethanol initiatives.

After Tyson, Mr. Garcia was named Director of Global Risk Management for Grupo Vitro. At Vitro, Mr. Garcia managed Vitro’s global energy portfolio, responsible for implementing the risk management strategy for the exposure located in Mexico and Central America. After Vitro, Mr. Garcia was named Managing Director of Global Commodities for Latin America for Citibank. After Citibank, Mr. Garcia was named Managing Director of Global Commodities for Latin America, working for Macquarie, one of the world’s strongest banks.

In January 2016, Mr. Garcia was named Chief Executive Officer of Santa Fe Gas, one of the first natural gas energy companies that offers integrated services for US & Mexican markets.

Craig Adams is Director of Gas Supply for Calpine Corporation. He is responsible for term supply acquisition, infrastructure strategy and development for Calpine’s North Region. Calpine’s North Region is comprised of 45 generating stations totaling approximately 9 GW of capacity in PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE, MISO and IES Ontario.

Prior to joining Calpine in 2012, Mr. Adams was vice president of marketing for Repsol Energy North America. During his career he has held commercial roles of increasing responsibility with BG Energy Merchants, Cargill Power & Gas Marketing, Williams Energy, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line and United Gas Pipe Line.

Mr. Adams holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, he resides in Houston with his family.

Porter Bennett is President and CEO of Denver-based Ponderosa Advisors LLC, an advisory and information firm for the energy and water sectors. He has spent more than 30 years in the energy industry analyzing the natural gas and crude oil markets. He founded Bentek Energy in 1985, served as CEO and led the company’s development until 2011 when he sold it to Platts, a division of McGraw Hill Financial. He started Ponderosa in 2012 where Porter continued the work started at BENTEK to develop creative and innovative data systems and analytical tools to improve his clients’ understanding of oil, natural gas and NGL price trends. In late 2016 he sold the energy assets that his team had developed along with their energy consulting business to DrillingInfo. He now is a member of the DrillingInfo Board of Directors.

Today, Ponderosa owns WaterSage, a state of the art information system that water system tracking that enables users to identify, monitor and analyze property and water rights in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Texas and California. For producers the system facilitates water sourcing, regulatory compliance and supply and disposition analyses.
Mr. Bennett holds an MS degree in mineral economics from the Colorado School of Mines, an MA degree in international affairs from Columbia University in NYC, and a BA degree in history from Lewis & Clark College. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Western Energy Alliance and has been an Observer with the Potential Gas Committee, participated on the Coordinating Subcommittee of the National Petroleum Council’s natural gas study. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Fairway Energy, a crude oil storage company in Houston, TX.

Andrew Bradford is the CEO of BTU Analytics, LLC. Prior to BTU Analytics, he was the Senior Commercial Director of North American Natural Gas at Platts/Bentek Energy where he led the Bentek natural gas analytics team and managed commercial operations for Platts publications Gas Daily and Inside FERC Gas Market Report. In this role, he served on the National Petroleum Council’s 2011 Prudent Development study. Andrew launched Bentek Energy’s Northeast services in 2008 and consulted clients on many early Marcellus pipeline transportation strategies. Andrew’s 20 years of experience in the energy industry includes positions at Amoco Production Company and Constellation Energy. He holds a Masters in Energy and Environmental Analysis from Boston University and a Bachelors in Geology from Colorado College.

Timothy Sherwood
Timothy Sherwood, Vice President, Gas Supply Operations, Southern Company Gas

Tim Sherwood was named vice president, Gas Supply Operations for Southern Company Gas (formerly AGL Resources) in December 2011. He is responsible for interstate capacity planning, gas supply acquisition, gas control operations and forecasting as well as customer transportation program management for Southern Company Gas' utilities: Atlanta Gas Light, Chattanooga Gas, Elizabethtown Gas, Elkton Gas, Florida City Gas, Nicor Gas and Virginia Natural Gas. With 4.5 million utility customers, Southern Company Gas is the largest natural gas-only distribution company in the United States by customer count. Sherwood joined Southern Company Gas in 2005 as managing director, Gas Supply and Capacity Planning. In that position he oversaw all aspects of capacity management for the company's retail natural gas customers in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, Tennessee and Virginia.

With more than 25 years of experience in the utility industry, Sherwood was director, Energy Acquisition for Washington Gas Light Company prior to joining Southern Company Gas. He has also held various management positions with Ameren Illinois Power, including administrator of Federal Regulatory Matters, supervisor of Gas Supply and manager of Electric Arrangements. Sherwood represents Southern Company Gas as a Wholesale Gas Quadrant Board Member to the North American Energy Standards Board and as a member of the Gas Supply Marketing Committee of the Southern Gas Association.

He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Illinois State University and continued professional development at Columbia Southern University. He and his wife and two children live in Georgia.
Michael Hamm
Mike Hamm,
Manager, Raw Materials Procurement, CF Industries

Mike Hamm is a Manager of natural gas for the Raw Materials Procurement team at CF Industries. He has been with the company for 5 years and in his current role, is responsible for the procurement of natural gas for a number of CF’s nine North American and European facilities. He is also responsible for risk management through hedging and managing transportation assets to support fertilizer production at CF’s complexes.

CF Industries, headquartered in Deerfield, Illinois, produces up to 15 million tons of fertilizer annually and is one of the largest industrial consumers of natural gas in North America. Recently CF Industries completed its expansion projects at its Donaldsonville, Louisiana and Port Neal, Iowa locations. These projects included the construction of new ammonia, urea, and UAN plants at the Donaldsonville, Louisiana complex and new ammonia and urea plants at the Port Neal, Iowa complex. With the completion of these projects, the company consumes approximately 1.0 BCF per day of natural gas in North America.

Mike has an accounting degree from LeMoyne College, is a certified public accountant and transitioned into the energy field in 2014.
Doug Walker
Doug Walker, Vice President, Business Development, Tallgrass Energy

Doug Walker is Vice President of Business Development for Tallgrass Energy Partners with a focus on Midwest supply and market development for Rockies Express Pipeline. He has been with Tallgrass since its inception in 2012 and began working on REX at its predecessor owner/operator in 2008. Prior to joining REX, Doug worked for Columbia Gas Transmission where was responsible for business development including development of the Millennium Pipeline Project. Prior to that he was responsible for gas supply management of several of NiSource's gas distribution and unregulated companies. He started his career with Natural Gas Pipeline Company with increasing responsibilities in engineering and business development roles. Doug has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Lance Goodwin
Lance Goodwin, Director, Business Development, Freeport LNG

Lance Goodwin is the Director of Business Development at Freeport LNG where he is responsible for leading a number of the company’s business development and project optimization efforts. Lance is also a key member of the LNG marketing and contracts negotiations team. Lance had an instrumental role in the project management team that took the Freeport LNG Liquefaction project from concept to sanction.

Lance’s fifteen years of experience include twelve years at Freeport LNG serving in a variety of complex and challenging operational, project, and commercial roles. Prior to Freeport LNG, Lance participated in the construction of offshore oil and gas projects for majors on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Lance completed undergraduate studies at Texas A&M - Corpus Christi, and holds an MBA from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.

Jed Howard is a Director, Business Development, for U.S. Storage at Spectra Energy. Jed has 15 years of professional experience with the Spectra Energy, and its predecessor companies, and has held positions with increasing levels of responsibility in: Business Development, Economic Evaluation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management and Strategic Planning. Rob Hardman

Vice President of Fuel Supply, Dynegy, Inc.

Rob Hardman currently serves as the vice president of fuel supply for Dynegy. His responsibilities include the procurement and transportation of fuel for Dynegy’s 35 natural gas-fired power plants and twelve coal-fired power plants located in six different electricity markets in the US. He joined Dynegy in April 2015 as the vice-president of coal supply. Mr. Hardman has over 27 years of experience in the electric utility industry. Prior to joining Dynegy, he was responsible for Southern Company’s coal and transportation procurement program. In that assignment, he oversaw a program that delivered as much as 70 million tons of coal to power plants in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi. In the course of his work in the electric utility industry, Mr. Hardman has experience in energy trading, power plant management, major capital project construction, and environmental controls research, development, and application.

Mr. Hardman has been a member of the Board of Directors for the American Coal Council for three years. He served as its president in 2015 and currently serves on the executive committee as the past-president. He is the utility co-chairman for the Rail Energy Transportation Advisory Committee (RETAC) for the Surface Transportation Board. Mr. Hardman maintains professional certification as a registered professional engineer in the State of Alabama. Finally, he is an invested member of the community. He is a board member and prior president of the Finley Character Education Program for the Hoover City Schools system.

Mr. Hardman is married to the former Tabitha Thomas. They have three children Matthew, Caleb, and Kathryn.

With over 20 years energy industry experience, Brian has bought, transported, stored, and sold natural gas, crude oil, and natural gas liquids (NGLs) in each region of the United States. With an extensive background in physical commodities, he also incorporates complex financial products to hedge risk, optimize upside, and capture value. Beyond commercial commodity activities, he has provided vision and development for midstream projects ranging from small projects to large scale infrastructures. Holding positions with upstream, midstream, downstream, and trading companies allowed Brian the unique perspective of varying roles in the value chain from production to consumption of Natural Gas, Crude, and NGLs.
Ajey Chandra
Ajey Chandra, Managing Director, Muse, Stancil & Co.

Mr. Ajey Chandra is a Director of the firm and the Managing Director of the Houston office of Muse, Stancil & Co. where he also leads the Midstream practice area for the firm. Mr. Chandra joined Muse in 2014 after 28 years of experience in various facets of the midstream industry, including operations, engineering, business development, management, and consulting. Mr. Chandra has had a wide variety of assignments covering all aspects of the energy industry during his career, and has had several long term expatriate assignments overseas, including Europe and Southeast Asia. Mr. Chandra’s operating, consulting and management experience includes working at Amoco, Purvin & Gertz, Hess and NextEra Energy Resources prior to joining Muse Stancil. Jill Edwards is Vice President of Supply Development for Boardwalk Pipeline Partners. Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP is a master limited partnership engaged through its subsidiaries, Gulf Crossing Pipeline, Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP, and Texas Gas Transmission, LLC, in the interstate transportation and storage of natural gas. Boardwalk’s three interstate natural gas pipeline systems have approximately 14,300 miles of pipeline and underground storage fields with aggregate working gas capacity of approximately 197 Bcf.

Ms. Edwards has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry including project management, hydraulic simulation, interstate natural gas pipeline transportation marketing, market origination, business development of natural gas pipelines, capital project management, and strategic planning. She is presently responsible for business development activities and managing producer and LNG accounts across Boardwalk’s three Interstate pipelines. Ms. Edwards received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Houston, Texas.

Currently as a Senior Vice President at Redwood Markets, LLC, Ajay is responsible for leading LNG marketplace solutions across the transaction chain, including transaction facilitation services, online trading and risk management. Prior to joining Redwood, Ajay worked as Director of Origination with Cheniere Marketing, where he was focused on deal structuring, economic analysis and risk management.

Euan Craik is chief executive of Argus Media Inc. in Houston and serves on the Board of Directors of Argus Media Ltd. Since 2006, Euan has led the Argus management team in the Americas, expanding the reach of offices and breadth of services. He joined Argus in 1996, initially as a specialist on the Russian oil and gas industries. From 2000, Euan served as Argus’ Executive Editor, based in London, where he developed Argus’ LNG coverage and other areas of the global gas and power portfolio.

In the early nineties, Euan worked in business journalism in Moscow, initially at the first post-Soviet business newspaper, Kommersant, then at the English-language Moscow Times. He was later awarded a fellowship at the Centre for Economic Performance of the London School of Economics.

David Givens is Head of Gas and Power Services for North America, for Argus Media, a London-based company that is a leading provider of pricing information, business intelligence and market data on the global coal, electricity, oil, gas, emissions and transportation industries.  David currently works with a group of Argus executives to encourage the industry to index to the prices in Natural Gas Americas. He has also been vice president of market information at Io Energy, now SNL Energy. David was senior electricity correspondent at the wire service BridgeNews. For most of the 1990s, he worked at Gas Daily and Megawatt Daily, becoming managing editor for price surveys. He has written books about biofuels and about hedging in natural gas markets, is a frequent speaker on energy topics.

Dave McCaskill, VP Methanol & Derivative Services, Argus

Dave McCaskill has been invested in the petrochemical industry for over 35 years. Beginning his long career with Celanese Chemical in 1975, Dave started as a chemical engineer at their Pampa, Texas plant, and steadily progressed through a series of positions ranging from planning, supply chain, field sales and marketing within the organization. Noted positions included Business Manager Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol and the last several years with the company as Business Manager Methanol & Derivatives. In 2000, Dave moved into the consulting sector and worked with another leading industry consulting organization, heading their Global Methanol service for 10 years. Joining DeWitt & Company in 2010, as Vice President Methanol & Derivatives, Dave continues to be focused on all commercial aspects of the methanol industry—supply, demand, capacity, pricing, cost structure, etc. Dave graduated from the University of Kansas, with a degree in chemical engineering, in 1975.

Steve Weber, Vice President, Petrochemical Consulting, Argus DeWitt
Steve Weber is Vice President of Petrochemical Consulting for Argus DeWitt. Steve began his career with Fina in 1979 as a Process Engineer and had various other assignments in the 1980s in the Economics and Planning and Marine Transportation Groups for Fina in Dallas. In 1989, he moved to the Port Arthur refinery and later became Operations Manager at the site. Steve was named Plant Manager of the Fina/GE Joint Venture Styrene Plant (Cosmar) in 1995 and Refinery Manager at the Big Spring Texas refinery in 1998. In 2000, he returned to Louisiana to manage both the Styrene JV and the Total Petrochemicals Polystyrene Operation. Steve was named Senior Manager of Aromatics for Total in 2005, relocating to Houston.

Steve joined DeWitt & Company Inc. in 2011 after spending two years with Solomon Associates in the refining and petrochemical consulting area. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. Steve is responsible for single client studies for refining and petrochemicals in the Americas.
