Satish Chander in his 30-year career has held various positions with the Indian government. He has been associated with a large number of high-level committees set up by the government in addressing the issues concerning Indian farmers and the fertiliser sector. He is also on the board of the International Plant Nutrition Institute and the Virtual Fertilizer Research Centre in the US.

Mr Khadka joined the United Nations in 1993, as Senior Project Management Officier in the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Bangkok, Thailand and Kuala Lumpur with responsibilities for the countries in East, South east and South Asian countries. In September 2014, he was appointed Chief of the Asia and Pacific Service in the Investment Centre Division (TCI) in FAO, Rome, Italy.

He also represents FAI in a number of committees including Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Indian Council of Agricultural Research.

In this position he was responsible for the wordwide agricultural research activities of this company. From January 2017 he is the head of the newly founded Innovation Lab in Ag Tech and nutrition of K+S KALI GmbH.

In 2007 Nicolas moved from sales into marketing and since 2011 has held the position of Marketing Director for SOP Plant Nutrition.

Srivastava is currently the Principal Scientist (Soil Science) at ICAR-CCRI, Nagpur (Maharashtra).He has immensely contributed to development of nutrient diagnostics, application of geo- spatial tools in mapping nutrient constraints, decision support for soil test-based fertilizer recommendation, rationale of fertilizer use through site specific nutrient management and microbial consortium-induced improvements in soil health indices.

Dr. Andrew Green is the Director of Environment, Health and Sustainability as well as Director of the Zinc Nutrient Initiative (ZNI) for the International Zinc Association (IZA), a non-profit organization representing the global zinc industry. In these two positions, he oversees environment, health and sustainability activities, as well as the ZNI activities focusing on addressing food nutrition security issues through the increased use of zinc in agriculture.
