阿格斯推出俄罗斯乌拉尔原油中国到岸价格指数

国际能源及大宗商品价格评估机构阿格斯今天开始发布俄罗斯乌拉尔原油的中国到岸价格，进一步为俄罗斯能源出口市场带来透明度。

在G7集团制裁下俄罗斯乌拉尔原油出口仍然保持活力，全球原油贸易流格局发生改变，俄罗斯原油从欧洲转移到了印度和中国。大部分乌拉尔原油运往印度，同时有大约20万桶/日运往中国，为2022年之前通常6万桶/日的三倍多。

对许多中国公司来说，乌拉尔原油已成为中东含硫原油具有吸引力的低成本替代品，在中国与阿拉伯轻质原油和伊朗轻质原油形成竞争。

阿格斯每日发布乌拉尔原油山东到岸价。山东是乌拉尔原油在中国最大目的地，收货量约占全国总量近40%，远高于辽宁、天津港，且其整体的价格水平非常接近。同时，阿格斯每日对运至中国的一系列其他品种原油以山东到岸价进行评估，包括巴西图皮原油、俄罗斯ESPO混合原油、挪威约翰原油以及刚果（布）杰诺原油。

市场流动性已从以科兹米诺港的装船价为基础的交易转向以山东周边港口的交货价为基础的交易，全新推出的乌拉尔原油评估将对阿格斯现有的俄罗斯ESPO混合原油价格起到有效的补充。
