玻利维亚国有石油公司使用阿格斯指数作为进口原油及成品油的定价基准

玻利维亚国有石油公司YPFB使用国际能源及大宗商品价格评估机构阿格斯指数作为进口原油及成品油的定价基准。
YPFB负责玻利维亚所有的车用燃料进口，进口量约为 4万桶/日。玻利维亚高度依赖进口，进口量约占当地需求量的三分之二。
YPFB将以阿格斯美湾价格作为合同参考价，招标购买原油、柴油、汽油和石脑油。玻利维亚的大部分石油进口都来自美国墨西哥湾沿岸，因此以该地区为基础的定价能准确反映真实的供需基本面。
