Indonesia’s Lygend seeks March-April sulphuric acid

Indonesian battery metals producer Halmahera Persada Lygend has issued a tender seeking 20,000t of sulphuric acid for end-March or early April arrival to Obi Island.

The tender closes on 22 February.

Lygend was most recently in the spot market for sulphur before the lunar new year holiday period, booking a 50,000t cargo of crushed lump sulphur for arrival in March at Obi Island. The cargo will be sourced from the Middle East.
