Nigerian fertilizer supplier Dangote has sold 30,000t of granular urea for loading in the second half of September.

The price of the cargo has yet to be confirmed with the parties involved, but indications range from $335/t up to $337-338/t fob. There were initial reports of a deal late on 10 September.

This latest sale marks an increase of around $10/t on previous business in late August. Urea prices remain supported following the conclusion of NFL's tender in India, with availability tight out of most major origin markets through October.
