Our Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) fosters community, wellbeing, and engagement, promoting workplace equality. WIN creates support networks and friendships, connecting colleagues and inspiring collaboration.
Connect
At Argus, Connect is dedicated to bringing together people through various events and initiatives covering diverse topics, fostering support and encouragement. From Lunch & Learn sessions to outdoor climbs and group runs, we cater to varied interests, building relationships and promoting open communication, authenticity and self-expression.
Argus Parents Network
At Argus, we believe it is crucial to support employees with parental responsibilities. We understand that balancing work and parenting is challenging which is why we have the Argus Parenting Network (APN) in place. APN offers resources and support to help employees thrive at both work and home. We do this by hosting regular, helpful events and providing professional parenting advice clinics. Our goal is to support career-focused employees at every stage of parenting.
