Our Global Compliance Officer oversees the compliance framework, including a rolling programme of internal audits to ensure compliance with stated methodologies and policies. Assurance review

NDRC Price Index Measures

Argus completed a self-assessment of the below price indexes for the year 2025, and concluded that they are each produced in compliance with China’s National Development and Reform Commission’s Measures for the Administration of Price Index Behaviors. The price indexes were: Iron ore fines 61% Fe (PCX) fot Qingdao; iron ore fines 62% Fe (ICX) cfr Qingdao; China soybean CFR 7month forward; corn north China domestic fob; corn south China cfr; corn south China domestic cfr; lithium carbonate min 99.5% ex-works China; lithium carbonate min 99.5% cif China; coal fob Qinhuangdao NAR 5,500 kcal/kg; coal CFR Shanghai, China nar 3800 kcal/kg;  coal DDP Shanghai NAR 3,800 kcal/kg; neodymium oxide 99.5-99.9% ex-works China; praseodymium-neodymium oxide min 99% ex-works China; and dysprosium oxide min 99.5% ex-works China.
