Bruce leverages this experience to assist the Nacero team in all aspects of the development process, particularly in securing the necessary commercial and financing commitments. At SFOC, Rachel authored a report on LNG ships and the role of Korean public financiers in the LNG midstream sector, combining her expertise in maritime transport, energy, and sustainable finance.
