Please visit our website Conferences | Argus Media, scroll down to find the conference you are looking for, and then click on "View pricing" and click the "Register now" tab.

How much does it cost to register for an event?

The pricing varies per event. Please visit the conference section of the Argus website Conferences | Argus Media to find the pricing for each event.

Are early bird and super early bird discounts available?

Yes, the early bird discount rates are available for a specific period. Please visit the conference section of the Argus website Conferences | Argus Media to find out more.

Where can I get a sample delegate list?

The sample delegate list is available on our website Conferences | Argus Media, click on the conference you are interested in and scroll down to the link to download the sample delegate list. If you cannot find the link, the sample list may not be available, in this instance please email conferencesupport@argusmedia.com for assistance. 

Can I register now and pay at the event?

You can register for the event and pay via credit card at the registration desk. Please do note that access to the conference networking platform is only provided to paid attendees. Therefore, if you do pay at the conference, you will not have access to this in advance.

Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?

The event agenda is available to view on the conference listing. Visit the site Conferences | Argus Media, select the event of your choice, and click on "Agenda".

When will I get my badge/tickets after I pay the registration fees?

You will get a printed badge at the conference. For more information, please contact the customer service/registration desk at the conference.

What are the proofs I need to bring on the day of the event?

Please bring your ID proof and registration confirmation email on the day of the event.

I did not receive my QR code to print the badge. Where can I get it?

Please contact the registration desk and your badge will be printed for you there.

After completing the registration, will I receive an email confirmation?

A registration confirmation email will be sent out to your email ID with full details of the conference venue and invoice to make the payment. If there is no invoice on the email, please contact conferencesupport@argusmedia.com.

What is included in the registration fee?

Full access to the conference and networking are included in the conference fee, along with refreshments and catering. Delegates are responsible for their hotel accommodation, travel, and visa arrangements. Please check the registration confirmation email for the hotel information and how to book your accommodation.

When is the deadline for registration?

You may register at any time until the day the event starts.

Are the meals included?

Yes, we do offer lunch and refreshment breaks. Most conferences also include at least one drinks reception. Please check the agenda of the event to find out more.

I am with the media. Are complimentary media passes available?

Yes, possibly. Please send an email to conferencesupport@argusmedia.com and we will qualify your attendance.

Are there any shuttles organized to transport me to the event?

Argus Media do not provide a shuttle service to the conference venues. For the best modes of transport, we suggest you check the venue website and/or contact their hotel customer service.

I would like to reset my password. How can I reset it?

Please contact us at conferencesupport@argusmedia.com with your registered email ID to help you reset the password.

I have existing credit from a previous conference. How can I apply this voucher to another conference?

Please send an email to conferencesupport@argusmedia.com with your voucher and conference name to apply for your credit. 

Are there group discounts available if we have more than one person who wants to register for an event?

Yes, group discounts are available for each conference. Please visit our website Conferences | Argus Media. Select the conference that you want to attend and click on "Buy a pass" on the overview page to learn about discounts.

How can I receive a copy of my certificate of attendance, post attending the event?

You can request a copy of your certificate by emailing conferencesupport@argusmedia.com.

Will there be networking opportunities at the event(s)/conference(s)?

Yes, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking with delegates during the conference. Each conference has a coffee/refreshment and lunch break that allows you to network with delegates. Please look at our agenda for the conference to know more.


I would like to know who will be speaking at the conference. Where can I find the speaker's information?

Please visit our website Conferences | Argus Media. Select the conference and click on “Speakers” to learn more.

I would like to be a speaker at one of your conferences. Whom can I contact?

If you would like to discuss speaking opportunities, please contact us at conferencesupport@argusmedia.com stating which conference you would like to speak at.

I want to register as a speaker or staff. What is my access code?

Please send an email to conferencesupport@argusmedia.com, include the conference that you are speaking at and one of the team will reply with the code.


Is there a preferred discounted hotel room I can book?

The discounted hotel rooms are available subject to the event venue. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodation and travel costs. Details of the specific discount for the conference you are attending can be found on your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can also contact conferencesupport@argusmedia.com where a link can be sent to you.

I would like to apply for a visa. How can I get the visa invitation letter?

Please send an email to conferencesupport@argusmedia.com where the team will be happy to help provide a visa invitation letter. Please note we are only able to provide supporting letters to fully paid attendees.


How can I get an invoice for the event registration(s)?

You will receive an invoice to your email id after the registration is completed. If you have not received it within two to three business days, then please email conferencesupport@argusmedia.com who will be happy to help.

How do I pay for the registration?

You can pay using a credit card or wire transfer. Please contact our customer support for any assistance at conferencesupport@argusmedia.com.

Why am I charged VAT/GST for this event?

Visit our website Conferences | Argus Media to know more about VAT/GST, click on “Buy a pass” to learn about VAT/GST under the event. If you have any questions on VAT/GST or tax, please email us at conferencesupport@argusmedia.com.

I am unable to attend. What is the cancellation/refund policy for event registration(s)?

For cancellation/refund, the cancellation should be made no less than 45 days before the conference start date. No refund will be given for a cancellation received after the cancellation cut-off day. We can swap the name for another colleague from your company to attend, please see details below on how to do this.

If I am unable to attend the event, can someone substitute for me, or could I receive a credit for a future event?

Yes, our customer service team will help you with these arrangements. Kindly write an email to conferencesupport@argusmedia.com if you would like to swap your registration with your colleague. Please provide the first name, last name, job title, email, and contact number. To receive a credit for a future event, please send us an email to conferencesupport@argusmedia.com.

Will I receive a paid receipt for online registrations?

Yes, a receipt will be sent to the email you provide to us at registration, if you paid via credit card. If you did a bank transfer or paid via a credit card link, we can provide the paid invoice to you. You can send an email to us at conferencesupport@argusmedia.com for any invoice-related queries.

I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?

There is an option to pay via invoice/bank transfer. Please note that paying via invoice will incur an administration charge. Please contact conferencesupport@argusmedia.com to learn more.

How can I change the company name/address or add VAT/PO number on my invoice?

Please share the new company name/address and VAT/PO number with us at conferencesupport@argusmedia.com to update your invoice.

I have signed a booking form for sponsorship but have not yet received my invoice?

Please email us at conferencesupport@argusmedia.com and we will send over a copy of your invoice.

How much time will I get to make the payment?

You need to make the payment within 30 days of when the invoice was sent to you or three days before the event, whichever comes first. For sponsorship/meeting room/exhibition invoice, the due date is mentioned on the invoice.

 
When does the networking platform app/website go live?

The fertilizer conference networking platform goes live five weeks before the event start date. The networking platform for the other events goes live two weeks before the event start date.

How do I download the event app?

You will receive an activation email to download the event app from the Play Store/Apple Store. This email will include the login details you need. You only need to download the app once and you’ll be able to see all the conferences you attend in this one app and be able to switch between them.

I can’t log into the networking platform. How can I reset the password?

You can reset the password on the networking platform app/website by clicking on the “Email me a password reset link”. You will receive an email to reset your Argus Media Conferences password with the password reset link. Please set a new password by clicking on the password reset link.

What is my badge ID?

The badge ID will be provided to you via email. If you do not receive the email, please contact conferencesupport@argusmedia.com.

Can I register now and pay at the event?

You can register for the event and pay via credit card at the registration desk. Please do note that access to the conference networking platform is only provided to paid attendees. Therefore, if you do pay at the conference, you will not have access to this in advance.

Where can I get the latest attendee list?

The latest attendee list is available on the networking platform app/website that goes live nearer to the event/conference start date. Simply log in and click on the attendee tab to see who else is attending.

I would like to see the agenda of the conference. Where can I find it on the networking app/website?

The agenda is available to view on the networking platform app and website. Click on “More” and then select “Event Agenda” on the app. Click on “Conference agenda” on the left navigation bar on the website.

I would like to download the attendee list in PDF format. How can I get it?

Due to GDPR law, we cannot share a PDF list of attendees. You can find the attendee list on the networking platform app/website. Click on “More” and then select “Attendee List” on the app. Click on “Attendee List” on the left navigation bar on the website.

When will the presentations be available for download on the networking platform app/website?

The speakers' presentations will be available to download on the networking platform within five to seven business days after the event, subject to speaker approval. The presentations will remain accessible for three months.

How can I get access to recorded sessions of the conference?

Only virtual conferences are recorded and made available on the networking platform website only within three days post-event. We do not record in-person conferences.
