As the conference is being held in the United Kingdom, all delegate tickets are subject to UK VAT in accordance with HMRC VAT Notice 741A. EU/non-EU businesses may be able to reclaim the UK VAT charged through their local tax office. Please click here for more information.

A conference pass includes:
- all conference sessions on 1-3 April 2025
- conference breakfast, coffee breaks, and luncheon on 1-3 April 2025
- networking drinks receptions on 1 and 2 April 2025
- advance access to conference app to view the delegate list and schedule meetings with registered attendees
- all available post event presentation slides and video content for up to 3 months after the event has ended
- your main conference pass also gives you the option to add one pass to attend the Drax Power Station site visit to your pass. Available on a first-come-first-served basis and capped at 30 places, add this site visit to your main conference pass today to avoid disappointment!
An add-on site visit pass includes:
- transportation and transfer to and from Drax Power Station in Selby, North Yorkshire on Monday 31 March
- lunch onsite
- a tour of the site, including a presentation from Drax
Hotel accommodation and Visa application
Delegates are responsible for their hotel, travel and visa arrangements. Event room rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
