EPS and China Power to produce green energy, fuels

Singapore-based shipping company Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) and Hong Kong-based energy company China Power have signed an agreement too co-operate on green energy and fuels production.

The partnership will oversee the production, storage and transport of green energy and alternative marine fuels, including green ammonia and green methanol.

Argus requested comment on the expected production capacity for these fuels and their type, as well as their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, but did not receive a reply at time of publication.
