Tubagus Nugraha is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in government affairs, focusing on the mining and energy sectors, as well as investment and government digitalization. Before joining National Economic Council, he has served as Assistant Deputy
of Mining at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investment Affairs since 2020, following his previous assignments at the Provincial Government of West Java. Throughout his career, he has been extensively involved in formulating various policies and improving governance in the mining and energy sectors, as well as in investments and mineral downstreaming in Indonesia. With an academic background in Mining Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and a Master's degree in Local Politics and Regional Autonomy from Gadjah Mada University (UGM), he has also completed various professional education and training programs from institutions both domestic and international.

Apit Pria Nugraha has held his post since January 2024, having previously held various other roles at the ministry. Before joining the public sector he was ICT and Biotech Officer at Franhofer’s office in Indonesia from July 2002 to November 2003. Apit Pria has a bachelor’s degree in informatics engineering from Gunadarma University and a master's in public policy with a focus on industrial policy from KDI School of Public Policy and Management.

His tenure at Vale Indonesia has been marked by significant contributions to the company's nickel processing operations, as well as on the growth projects, managing a $8,7 bi investments in 3 big projects related to Ni mine and Hpal`s plants with 3 different Joint Ventures. Prior to his current role, Vinícius has held various C level positions at Vale Brazil, in different mining business (Fe, Iron making, Mn, Cu and Ni). With a strong background in engineering and business development, his career reflects a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision, making him a pivotal figure in driving growth and innovation in the mining sector. His work in different regions, including Brazil, China, and Indonesia, underscores his global perspective and adaptability in diverse markets.

Before joining Walsin Lihwa, Mr. Hsia spent 5 years at Dragon Energy as a coal trader in Taiwan, and lead business development at Firstrade Securities Inc. of New York for 9 years. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University in CT, USA.

Muchtazar has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Indonesia’s Bandung Institute of Technology and a master’s in environmental science from the University of Indonesia. He received an SDG Pioneer award in 2019 from the United Nations Global Compact, and in 2022 was named an ESG Champion by the Natural Resources Forum for helping drive change in sustainability policies and strategies. He has represented Indonesia at the UN Global Compact Leaders Week, the UN Climate Change Conference and the Asian Circular Economy Leadership Academy. Muchtazar was also named Under 40 Sustainability Star at the 2023 ESG World Summit and GRIT Awards.

Aishah Daniyal (Aisha) graduated from Purdue School of Engineering and Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering. She has a master's degree from UNITEN and Melbourne Business School. She spent 21 years in the energy industry, focusing on supply security, before shifting to the energy transition and building the EV industry in Malaysia. Daniyal founded the Malaysia Zero Emission Vehicle Association (MyZEVA), Malaysia's first coalition of stakeholders in the EV sector, including car importers, manufacturers, charging point operators, and EV owners. MyZEVA plays an active role in advocating for EV use to reduce carbon emissions and is well-known regionally. Daniyal is a prominent figure in the EV industry, working with policymakers to develop EV-friendly policies.

Rajesh Shethia was educated as a chartered accountant and is now a passionate entrepreneur. After completing his education in commerce from Mumbai, he started his chemical business and has been in the caustic soda trade for more than 30 years. He is the managing director of Hiranyavarnaam Chemicals and Alkalis Pte Ltd Singapore and is involved in trading chlorine and alkali products in and out of the US, EU, Asia, Africa and the Mediterranean. Hiranyavarnaam Alkalis B.V. Netherlands is a subsidiary, which distributes caustic soda in Europe. Rajesh is well versed in global shipping and logistics, and has nurtured partnerships with various stakeholders all along the caustic soda value chain.
